• Sometimes a session will get booked at the same time. If you successfully booked a session you will get a confirmation email. If you did not get the session you may see a pending charge, but it will fall off. Give it a day before emailing us. We understand the disappointment and are working to make the process more smooth.

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours notice you will receive a full refund. This policy is here to allow us time to rebook a session.

  • Unfortunatly, rescheduling is not an option as Malaurie’s calendar is fully booked at all times. You can cancel and try booking another session at the next release.

    Note: we do not keep a waiting list.

  • Malaurie prefers to work with one person at a time. Malaurie doesn’t do couple’s readings.

  • Your confirmation and reminder emails will contain your unique video link for your session. Click the link and you’ll be taken to the video session. The session will take place on Zoom.

    • I am at a cross road in my career, which direction should I go?

  • Yes, Malaurie will attempt to connect to your departed loved ones, but there is no guarantee they will come through.

It is important to come to your session with questions. Why? Because your spirit guides are only going to care as much as you do.

So ask them questions. Engage with them. Listen to the video to understand what type of questions to ask.

What can happen during a reading

Because Malaurie channels your spirit guides and departed loves ones, at times her voice can change. Malaurie receives information on a deep physical level so she is likely to feel what happened physically to your departed loved one at the time of their death. It might sound daunting but she is used to this amount of energy and is truly ok. We promise.
