A little preparation makes a real difference. Here's everything you need to feel ready: how to set up, what to ask, and what to expect when Malaurie tunes in. (Already booked? Your Zoom link and booking details are in your confirmation and reminder emails.)

A few simple things help you get the most from your time with Malaurie: be somewhere quiet and private, use a strong wifi connection, and come with your questions ready for your spirit guides. Take a breath before you begin. The more present and open you are, the more easily the guidance flows.

What Questions to Ask

Come with questions, it matters more than you'd think. Your spirit guides meet you where your own curiosity is, so the more you ask and engage, the more comes through. The video walks you through the kinds of questions that open the most guidance, whether you're asking about career, relationships, direction, or something you can't quite name yet.

What Can Happen During a Reading

Because Malaurie channels your spirit guides and departed loved ones, her voice may shift at times. She receives information on a deep physical level, so she may feel what happened physically to a loved one around the time of their passing. It can sound daunting, but she's well used to this kind of energy and is truly okay. We promise.

  • Yes, Malaurie will attempt to connect to your departed loved ones, but there is no guarantee they will come through.

    • What do I need to work on to bring in a healthy relationship?

    • I am at a cross road in my career, which direction should I go?

    • I am thinking of moving? Where and when?

    • Are they any red flags or things my spirit guides would like me to be aware of?

  • Malaurie prefers to work with one person at a time. Malaurie doesn’t do couple’s readings.

  • Your confirmation and reminder emails will contain your unique video link for your session. Click the link and you’ll be taken to the video session. The session will take place on Zoom.

  • We have a 24-hour policy. As long as you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your session, you're all set — a cancellation gets you a full refund, and a reschedule lets you move into any open time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. (That window gives us time to rebook the spot for someone else.)

    To reschedule or cancel: open your confirmation email and use the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" button at the bottom. Reschedule lets you move into any other open time on Malaurie's calendar. If the calendar is fully booked and nothing works for you, you can cancel for a full refund instead — again, as long as you're still more than 24 hours out.
